Secret Weapon Spice Rub

An all purpose spice mix that has been in the family (mainly on wings) for years. The secret weapon is a touch of brown sugar tucked amongst the more typical savory ingredients like chile flakes and garlic. It caramelizes and helps to crisp skin if you’re using it on meat. It’s also terrific sprinkled over potato chips.

Ramen Spice Mix

We wanted to come up with a spice mix to lively up everyone’s backpacking staple—ramen. We did it with our Ramen Spice Mix. Inspired by the Japanese Shichimi tōgarashi, this mix has freshly roasted red chile flakes, Szechuan Pepper, black and white sesame, poppy seeds, nori & lemon. It’s got a kick!

Za’atar Spice Mix

Our Za’atar Spice Mix will add a delicious zest to the simplest meals. It contains a combination of sumac, sesame seeds, oregano, cumin and margoram. Sprinkle it in good olive oil and dip your bread in it.

Chai Spice Mix

Our Chai Spice Mix is made with freshly ground fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, mint, black pepper, ginger, and cloves. It’s great in tea, but don’t stop there. Add it to grilled bananas foster, oatmeal or chocolate fondue!

Honey Almond Flax Granola, 12 oz

This is our most popular product. People literally attack us for it. Whole almonds and flax seeds add nutrients and flavor and the honey mixture creates chunks that end up closer to brittle than cereal.

Coconut Cashew Black Sesame Granola, 12 oz

A more exotic combination of flavors and textures thanks to big flakes of unsweetened coconut, this granola has an equal brittle-not-cereal feel and is close behind Almond Flax in popularity if it hasn’t passed it up already. The black sesame seeds create a beautiful color contrast to the golden browns.
